IPA House in Madrid
The house is located in the district of Legazpi, in the heart of Madrid, although not near the bustle of the area of Sol, Atocha or the Paseo del Prado.
Communications are excellent, the nearest Metro station is about three hundred meters (Line 6, Arganzuela-Planetarium). Another station 600 meters, Legazpi (Line 3). At about 30 meters there is bus stop 62, 88 and 148 of the EMT. Near the place is Madrid's Planetarium, the Museum of Angel Nieto Motociclismo, and shops. But of course is a perfect place to start any kind of route through the center of Madrid, the perfect city for urban walkers.
Regarding the house itself, this is a new apartment, in fifth-floor with elevator of a gated development with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, coffee, kitchenware, television ...)
The house is offered with sheets and towels. For long stay (not exceeding 15 days) can apply for extra sets of sheets and towels.
The maximum occupancy is four persons, but if necessary there is one more (sofa bed).
Apartment is in a residential development with swimming pool, concierge, intercom, and parking for guests use.
